Privacy Policy

Effective 3 October 2026

1. Information we collect

  • Enquiry details you give us through our quote, contact, and booking forms: your name, email address, phone number, the address and suburb where the service is needed, preferred dates and times, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Website usage data collected automatically through Google Analytics and Google Ads tags: the pages you visit, approximate location (city level), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the site. This uses cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To arrange, confirm, and manage your booking — including booking confirmation and status emails.
  • To improve our website, services, and advertising.

3. Storage and sharing

  • Form submissions are delivered to us by email. This website does not store your information in a database.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
  • We share information only with the providers that help us operate (for example, our email provider and Google for analytics and advertising measurement), or where the law requires it.
  • We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure, and to keep it only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

4. Cookies

We use cookies for Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement so we can understand how the site is used and measure our advertising. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

5. Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Email getsparklecleanz@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
